We are a Hampshire-based hospitality consultancy built on over 20 years of real, hands-on experience in the industry. Our background spans both front of house and back of house operations, giving us a complete, practical understanding of what it takes to run a successful hospitality business. Our location allows us to easily support businesses across the wider South of England.
From bar and floor service to management roles, and from Chef to Head Chef positions, we’ve worked at every level of operation. This means we don’t just offer theory or generic advice - we provide solutions shaped by real service, real kitchens, and real business challenges.
